Abstrak
Office layout is one factor that helps determining whether an activity in every organization is done well in proposes of achieving goals. Likewise the work environment good physical working environment and working environment of adequate non-physical system. Layouts and the office a good work environment will encourage good work hardness as well. This study aims to describe the spatial objective conditions and environment office at the administration office (TU) Faculty of Economics State University of Malang. In addition it is to analyze the influence of partial and simultaneous spatial and office work environment for staff work hardness. This research has two variables namely the independent variable (X) is the office layout (X1) the work environment (X2) while the dependent variable (Y) is the work hardness. The method used is descriptive correlation because this research is intended to obtain a description of the variables studied. Data is obtained by using questionnaires. Populations in this study were employees in the administration office (TU) in of Faculty of Economics State University of Malang in number of 34 people. Based on research results show that (a) there is a significant positive impact of office layout to partially work hardness in the office of administration section (TU) in Faculty of Economics State University of Malang as seen from the value of t Sig 0 000 0 05 and tcount value 4 397 ttable 2 039 (b) there is a significant positive impact of work environment on employee partially work hardness in office of Administration (TU) in Faculty of Economics State University of Malang as seen from the value of t Sig 0.000 ttable 2 039 and (c) there is a significant positive impact of office layout and work environment for staff work hardness simultaneously in the administration office (TU) Faculty of Economics State University of Malang. This is evident from the value of 0.000 Sig F Ftable 3 305. From the results of this study it can be recommended to the Faculty of Economics State University of Malang s Head of Administration section (KABAG. TU) to maintain the state of the office and fix the flaws existed by completing office machines such as duplicating machines (Photocopy) and others. Office employees of administration section (TU) in Faculty of Economics State University of Malang should always keep the working environment conditions. And it is expected to employees in the administration office (TU) Faculty of Economics State University of Malang to maintain their work hardness always obey the office rules and have a good relationship with colleagues and also with their leader.
