The Involvement of Work Rate of Banking Finance (CAMELS Analysis) Toward Stock Return of Banking Which is Listing On The Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISX) on 2003-2008 Periods. Thesis Finance Management Economic Faculty Malang University Advisors (I) Prof. Dr. H. Bambang Banu Siswoyo M.M. (II) Drs. Mohamad Hari M.Si. Keywords Finance Work Rate (Camels Analysis) Stock Return Finance work rate is an achievement that is reached by a corporation during particular periods reflecting banking healthy rate. One way to measure a banking finance work rate is uses Camels Analysis. This analysis works based on camels analysis within five variables as capital asset quality management earnings and liquidity. Returning of stock is kind of result from stock secularity investment that consist of dividend and capital gain derived from a change of stock price. Purposes of this research are to find out problems (I) condition of banking finance work rate (CAR KAP NPM ROA ROE and LDR) (2) condition of stock return (3) influence of capital that is measures by CAR toward stock return (4) influence of asset quality that is measures by KAP toward stock return (5) influence of management that is measures by NPM toward stock return (6) influence of earnings that is measures by ROA and ROE toward stock return (7) influence of liquidity that is measures by LDR toward stock return (8) influence banking finance work rate (CAR KAP NPM ROA ROE and LDR) stimulatingly toward banking stock return on 2003-2008 periods. This research is an associative research research that has purpose to observe a relation or influence between two variables or more. Choosing a sample is uses purposive sampling method. Data source is documentary. Data analysis is double regression. This research shows (1) banking finance work rate that is measures by CAR has a decent with high elastically trend KAP has an assent with high elastically trend NPM has a decent with high elastically trend ROA has a decent with high elastically trend ROE has a decent with high elastically trend and LDR has an assent with high elastically trend. (2) stock return has a decent with high elastically trend (3) CAR influence positively toward return (4) KAP does not influence toward return (5) NPM does not influence toward return (6) ROA influence negatively toward return (7) ROE influence positively toward return (8) LDR does not influence toward return (9) stimulatingly CAR KAP NPM ROA ROE and LDR influencing stock return. Based on this research the writer convinces investors that analysis of finance work rate using Camels is able in predicting stock return. A company should keep work rate of company finance is order to increase stock return to stimulate a company welfare. This research can be enlarged to observe the influence of others variables that influence stock return.
