Buses Keywords Product development The essence of human beings have wants and needs are very diverse. Wants and needs a variety of both physical and non physical so that if the desire nor the physical or non physical needs were met then be satisfied. But if not fulfilled it will lead to dissatisfaction. Communication is one of the current human needs because every communication is needed whatever it necessary. Given that in this era of globalization of communication has grown rapidly. Number of companies that compete with the tight in the field of communication the more shows if the communication is very necessary. In Indonesia a company engaged in telecommunications such as PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk or PT. Telkom in which one of its products is TELKOMFLEXI. Flexi is the telecommunications services of voice and data wirelessly with access based on CDMA technology (Code Division Multiple Access) use cost-effective because it refers to the rate of fixed telephone lines (fixed line). The definition of CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) is a multiple access technology where each customer uses a unique code contained in the access channel in the system. This product was launched by PT Telkom to meet the needs of the community and also faces competition in the telecommunications business is lately very strict. The author of this thesis aims to (1) to assess the Flexi product development at PT. Telkom Kancatel Pasuruan (2) to know the purpose of the Flexi product development at PT. Telkom Kancatel Pasuruan (3) to determine the factors to be supporting and Flexi products in development at PT. Telkom Kancatel Pasuruan. Implementation of the Flexi product development at PT. Telkom Kancatel Pasuruan a company seeking the product or add products that are produced in accordance with the needs and desires of today s market and with new technologies as well. This is because consumer tastes are heterogeneous and always tend to be fickle demanding the company to offer new products to satisfy consumer tastes and consumer needs of a particular product. Product development is done to maintain or build sales. Under this practice the authors have done so as for suggestions that the writer wanted to convey to PT. Telkom Kancatel Pasuruan are (1) PT. Telkom Kancatel Pasuruan should be minimize the spread of the signal tower Telkom Flexi uneven in Pasuruan (2) PT Telkom Kancatel Pasuruan look should be more promotion by other operators in terms of rates or the cost of new services (3) PT. Pasuruan Kancatel Telkom should be able to pay more attention to the needs and desires of consumers today.
