Abstrak
Skripsi Jurusan Seni dan Desain Fakultas Sastra Universitas Negeri Malang.Pembimbing (I) Dr. Moeljadi Pranata M.Pd (II) Drs. Ponimin M.Hum. Kata Kunci Film Dokumenter Kesenian Kentrung Pak Sumeh Kentrung merupakan salah satu seni pertunjukan yang berupa cerita bertutur atau lisan. Pada setiap pementasannya Kentrung dimainkan oleh empat sampai enam orang yang bertindak sebagai Dalang sekaligus berperan sebagai wayang atau tokoh dalam cerita pengrawit atau panjak dan waranggana (pesinden). Pak Sumeh adalah salah satu dalang Kentrung Tradisional yang berasal dari desa Dayu kecamatan Nglegok kabupaten Blitar. Pak Sumeh selain berposisi sebagai Dalang beliau juga pimpinan Grup Kentrung Tri Santoso Budoyo. Nama Sumeh adalah nama samaran yang beliau dapat sewaktu bermain Ludruk. Karena jiwa humorisnya Kentrung yang dia bawakan juga tidak lepas dari banyolan-banyolan. Sehingga mempunyai daya tarik tersendiri dan mudah di terima untuk berbagai usia. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah menghasilkan film dokumenter tentang sebagian kisah hidup seorang Dalang Kentrung. Perancangan film dokumenter ini menggunakan model prosedural. Langkah-langkah untuk menghasilkan produk film dokumenter meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu pra produksi produksi dan pasca produksi. Dalam pra-produksi disusun storyline dan storyboard berdasarkan studi literatur dan identifikasi lapangan. Tahap produksi meliputi perekaman gambar perekaman suara narasumber editing revisi dan finishing. Tahap pasca produksi adalah rendering movie dan DVD burning agar produk ini dapat dijalankan dengan bantuan DVD Player ataupun komputer. Perancangan ini menghasilkan film dokumenter dalam format DVD dengan durasi 30 menit. Dengan gaya direct cinema yang meminimalisir suara dubbing narasi dengan memaksimalkan hasil interview sebagai narasi dalam film ini. Dengan hasil perancangan ini diharapkan akan mengenalkan kesenian Kentrung yang keadaannya hampir punah dan paara pelaku kesenian ini sudah berusia lanjut. Dengan kondisi yang seperti ini perancang berharap suatu ketika muncul para generasi muda untuk peduli terhadap kesenian Kentrung ini. iii Kholiq Nur 2010. At each plays Kentrung played by four to six people who act as a puppeteer at the same time acting as puppets or characters in the story or panjak pengrawit and waranggana or sinden (singer). Pak Sumeh is one of the masterminds of Traditional Kentrung from Dayu village Nglegok sub-district Blitar district. Pak Sumeh besides positioned act as a puppeteer he also led the Group Kentrung Budoyo Tri Santoso. Sumeh name is a pseudonym that he can be at play Ludruk. Because the soul of humor which he brought Kentrung also not be separated from the farce farce. Thus has its own charm and easy on the thank for all ages. The purpose of this design is to produce a documentary about some of the life story of a puppeteer Kentrung. The design of this documentary uses procedural model. The steps to produce a documentary film covering the three phases namely pre-production production and post production. In pre-production storyboards prepared based on the storyline and literature studies and field identification. Production stage includes the recording of picture voice recording sources editing revising and finishing. Post-production stage is the rendering movie and DVD burning so that this product can be run with the help of a DVD Player or computer. This design to produce a documentary film in DVD format with a duration of 30 minutes. With a style that minimizes direct cinema dubbing voice narration by maximizing the results of the interview as a narrative in this film. With the results of this design is expected to introduce the arts Kentrung whose condition is almost extinct and paara perpetrators of this art are elderly. With conditions like this the designers hope to one when it appears the young generation to care about this Kentrung art.
