Abstrak
Keywords Starting Direct Online switches. Machines that are in many factories use large power induction motors and small. with still a lot of manual operation but by using the control with the microcontroller does not need to use a lot of places more simple and inexpensive. In the motor starting phase of the Starting Direct Online and microcontroller as early switch will be safer for the operator because of the power used power volt DC (Direct Current) and more cost effective for the operation. The working principle of this device starts from the presses of the switch are available on the keypad there will be an input to activate the logic gates in the form of programs and has been loaded into ICAT89S51 which functioned as a brain to drive the motor driver so the motor will operate in accordance with the needs of the plant. From the test results and discussion Starting Direct Online At Motor Three Phase AT89S51 Microcontroller-Based On Various Operation Starting Online Direct who successfully designed a criteria of electricity in Indonesia because it can be operated with dc voltage of V 4.2 VDC to 5 VDC and f 50 Hz and has been successfully tested in phase 3 934 hp motor equivalent to 372 W. This tool is also equipped with LED lights as a motor indicator lights work. Starting Direct Online is installed after the MCB (miniature circuit breaker) which is connected to the A1-A2 contactor. Starting Online Direct microcontroller mounted to make it more practical safe efficient and more simple.
