The implementation of english conversation class as a local content at SMPN 1 Bangsal Mojokerto / Evi laili Azkiah

Abstrak
The study is aimed to describe the implementation of English conversation class as a local content at SMPN 1 Bangsal Mojokerto focusing on the aim of conducting conversation class the activities the materials and media the assessment the students problem in conversation class students strategies to overcome the problems and the students opinion toward the implementation of conversation class. The research applied descriptive-case study research. The students of special class (VIID VIIID and IXD) were selected as the subject since they were considered to have better English ability compared to other classes in each level. To collect the data this study used some instruments they were interview guide field note questionnaires and school documents.
