Abstrak
Key words Financial Compensation Employee Performance Human resource is one of production factors that a company uses and is one of elements to determine the success of an organization. This makes human resource a company asset which efficiency and performance have to be enhanced. Therefore the company should be capable of creating such conditions that allow the employee to develop and improve their abilities and skills in an optimal. One of the efforts to achieve such conditions is by giving satisfactory compensation. Level of employee performance has a highly close relationship with the compensation giving system that is implemented by the company or the organization where they work. The objectives of this study were (1) to find out the implementation of financial compensation giving to the employees at PR. Delapan Wijaya Malang (2) to find out the condition of employee performance at PR. Delapan Wijaya Malang (3) to analyze the effects of financial compensation giving on the employee performance at PR. Delapan Wijaya Malang. This study was an explanatory research with correlational/causal associative since it attempted to find out not only the relationships among variables but also the effects on the dependent variable. The variables studied in the research were financial compensation as the independent variable (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). The population of the study was the entire regular employees at PR. Delapan Wijaya Malang numbering 37 people. All of them were involved to be the samples so this study could also be named population study. The research instrument was questionnaire. The findings led to the inferences that (1) the implementation of financial compensation giving to the employees at PR. Delapan Wijaya Malang had been satisfactorily and in accordance with their necessities according to the employees. In general they agreed with all policies that the company had set (2) in general the employees at PR. Delapan Wijaya Malang agreed that they worked accordingly to the rules procedures systems and regulations implemented by the company (3) financial compensation giving had a correlation with the employee
