Abstrak
Keywords self esteem female adolescent premarital sex Premarital sex by female adolescent may affect them in evaluating themselves globally. The purpose of this study is to reveal self esteem on premarital sexually active female adolescent. The qualitative method is applied in the form of phenomenology study through detailed data collections and applied content data analysis technique which are in-depth interview and observation to the research subject three premarital sexually active female adolescent. The validation technique used in this study is data triangulation. This study show that self esteem on premarital sexually active female adolescent is in the median category based on positive assessment to significance power and competence aspects as well as negative assessment to virtue aspect. Based on the study several suggestions are addressed (1) premarital sexually active female adolescent need to improve their understanding and experience on moral values religion and ethic such as giving effort on avoid premarital sex (2) parents and family monitor psychosocial and physically development of young people as well as giving extra attention to their social life so premarital sex could be avoided (3) scientific community can continue the study by conduct more comprehensive study to reveal better understanding about the subject as well as provide trigger factors on those self esteem construction. The other researcher can examine self esteem on premarital sexually active young man as a comparative study.
