Abdul Qolik M.M. M Pd. Keyword Bulrush Rice Straw and Cow Bulrush and rice straw represent one of breeding food which containing many high nutrition so that many by farmer of breeding specially rural area. Effect of more and more need will of rice straw and bulrush for the breeds animal than will appear troudle of feed for breeding. For example dairy cattle where this dairy cattle require the amount of food counted 20 - 25 % from its body weight Basically breeder less is knowing of technology processing of breed food cover activity of processing of food stuff with aim to improve the quality of nutrition improving energy digest and leng then a period to keeping. Processing of breed food with two kinds that is processing of food stuff physically will give easy to breeding which consuming it and Breeder have to do processing of physical to breeding food before giving it to breeding. Breeder need appliance that is cutter machine grass to process food physically for the process of supply eat to its breeding as well as as cutter grass for the food of breed. Cutter machine bulrush use energy 1 HP to working machine. This machine is designed with dimension not too big but can break grass with result 300 kg / hour so that can to provide breed food to breeder of dairy cattle
