Keyword performance teachers SMK TIK In 2006 some data shows that the amount of improper teacher to teach is 912.505 there are 605.217 elementary school teachers 167.643 junior high school teachers 75.684 senior high school teacher and 63.962 vocational high school teachers. Besides noted that there are 15 % of teaching teachers teach improper with their field and skill (Kompas 5/1/2006). In the period of 2007/2008 there are 23.04% of improper teachers in vocational high school (Depdiknas (2007/2008) in Kompas 28/10/2009). The result of teachers competence test (UKG) in the last 2012 shows that the competence of DIKMEN teachers in the ill-conditioned. The data result of teachers early competence test in 2012 is 42.25% include kindergarten till high school teachers 51.35% senior high school teacher whereas the vocational high school teachers around 50.02% (Mendikbud Pers Conference 16/03/2012). In Pasuruan region there are 5.492 teachers identified as unqualified teachers yet (Kompas 15/4/2010). The researcher research method is descriptive quantitative. For the instrument and data collection technique is questionnaire and interview. The object for questionnaire is TIK teachers of vocational high school in Pasuruan region whereas the interview is done with the chief of competency division on each major. This research is a population research because the population quantity is used as the research object. The data analysis is used descriptive statistic with supporting analysis product-moment for the questionnaire validity Spearman Brown for the reliability Mean for the average number and the deviation standard. Then those will be explained in a descriptive manner on text table and graphics. The result of this research are (1) the performance teachers of TIK in state vocational high school Pasuruan in learning planning categorized in good enough (2) the performance teachers of TIK in state vocational high school Pasuruan in learning implementation categorized in good enough (3) the performance teachers of TIK in state vocational high school Pasuruan in learning evaluation categorized in good enough (4) the performance teachers of TIK in state vocational high school Pasuruan in exercising and guiding the students categorized in good enough (5) the performance teachers of TIK in state vocational high school Pasuruan in doing the additional tasks categorized in good enough (6) the performance teachers of TIK pedagogical teachers in state vocational high school Pasuruan categorized in good enough (7) the performance teachers of TIK professional teachers in state vocational high school Pasuruan categorized in good enough.
