This evaluation study was conducted with an emphasis on evaluation against principles of the socialization program related to the process of empowerment of the community in particular the generation of consciousness and the growth of community participation This research was conducted with evaluation and research with qualitative approach. Evaluation and research location object is a process of socialization on soil conservation program in the village of Nawangan sub-district of Lor Jetis village district of Pacitan. The Data collected by using in-depth interviews which became the main informant in this research is a) faslitator program and team b) citizens are directly involved on the ground in Jetis konervasi program Lor. The Data were analyzed using analysis of interactive models by Miles and Huberman include the reduction of data display data conclusion and withdrawal and verification of data. The research found that process sosliasi conservation programs land in jetis lor done with category good enough / effective.It is based on the fact that a ) stage approach has done with how-how enough variatif and to target enough representative b ) phase information transmission has done in a situated or technical enough variatif and c ) phase generation of awareness has done enough intensively.The process of the program show that response society programs targets enough positive.Conclusion research is the process of the program conservation conservation programs land in jetis lor executed with effective it is shown by positive response people for conservation programs that didosialisasikan Suggestions for the team s research is the facilitator for the next project LPTP Surakarta socialization process especially at the stage of awareness generation need to be intensified for the community socialization process expected lor jetis programs can follow up with awareness to the efforts of community members who have not been actively involved in the process of socialization for other researchers to research this evaluation is used as a reference in a deeper kind of research that is not only limited to the process of socialization of the program only
