The proper way is to implement a quality management system (QMS) against the activities of cooperation in Vocational Secondary School (SMK). Application of the quality management system (QMS) oriented at improving the quality of service so it is expected to have an impact on increasing the quality of schools and the quality of education. Performance quality improvement the school needed a harmonious cooperation with stakeholders. The role of the stakeholders is needed as the giver support and assistance either in material or non material in improving the quality of the institution. 12288 12288 12288 12288 The focus of this research is about (1) the description of the meaning of quality management system (QMS) in the Vocational Secondary School 6 Malang (2) stakeholders involved cooperation in SMM in the Vocational Secondary School 6 Malang (3) the type of cooperation with stakeholders in the SMM conducted Vocational Secondary School 6 Malang (4) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) used in the SMM in the Vocational Secondary School 6 Malang (5) the process of organizing cooperation with stakeholders in the SMM in the Vocational Secondary School 6 Malang (6) the control mechanisms of cooperation with stakeholders in the SMM in the Vocational Secondary School 6 Malang. 12288 12288 12288 12288 Research on the implementation of the cooperation of school with Stakeholders in the quality management system using a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Location of research at SMK Negeri Malang 6 located on the street of Ki Ageng Gribig 27 Malang. The techniques used in qualitative research data collection is interviews observation analysis and documentation. Data obtained from these techniques is organized around a third with the reduction of data by creating an overview of the results of data collection as complete as possible then sort out the focus of the research according to data analyzed to compile and describe it and concluded the findings field. Monitoring and evaluation is appraisement conformity planning with the implementation of which has been done ( f ) mechanisms controlling cooperation with stakeholders in smm is an instrument for showing the workings of a program.Advice in research this is the first devoted to the chief smkn 6 unfortunate that this research result is expected to be useful as control cooperation school with stakeholders in empower resources that there is to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of education smkn 6 unfortunate to run in more effective and efficient.Second for vice quality management this research result is expected to be useful as a corrective in sop used school for implemented starting in each program work so that the obstacles encountered during the program could soon be repaired. The third for the stakeholders involved cooperation is expected to play an active role in providing good support for moral as well as material for the enhancement of the quality of education in SMK N 6 Malang. The fourth for the Professor and Chair of the Department of education administration (AP) reference materials used in carrying out the development of science. Five other researchers for research results can be used as additional libraries.
