During thepre-action observation would seem obvious that the introduction of the geometryis very less. Learning activities are ousand less interesting in learning geometry recognition just by using child singing without any visual aids for learning activities. The purposeof thisstudyis (1) Describe the application ofgeometry game toimprovethe cognitiveabilitiesof children in 3-4 years old inearly childhoodPermata HatiMalang. (2) Describe the improvement ofcognitive abilities of childrenthrough the application ofgeometrygame. This study used a design of classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The first cycle consisted of two meetings and only one meeting in the second cycle. Each cycle consists of several phases planning implementation observation and reflection. The data was collected through observation and documentation of cognitive ability assessment sheets were then analyzed by a percentage formula. Playingthe geometry gameis simplyperformed bya child with classifyingthe samepiecesof geometric shapesin a waythat isattached to thepieceof paperwithlong cutting in a length of35cmand awidth of 3cm. Based on theobservation ofthe pre-actionchildren are not ableto classifyingpieces ofgeometryandrecognize the name of geometry shape. Once thegeometrywas heldwithplay activitieschildren are able toclassifyandrecognize the namegeometrygeometry. Resultsclassical completenesschildin the first cyclemeetingreached48 95% at second meetingreached56 25% andincreasedin the second cycleabout91 66%. Based onthe results ofthis study concludedthat theapplication ofgeometrycanplayto improvethe cognitiveabilitiesof children aged3-4 yearsinearly childhoodPermata HatiMalang. So it is advisableto educatorstoprovideinterestingand funactivitiesfor children.
