Pd Key Word mind mapping method finding structure ability exposition text Reading is one of four speech skill namely listening speaking and writing. This research is focused on finding structure ability exposition text compatibilitywith2013curriculum. Finding structure ability exposition text is must have studentto understand the content of exposition text. The problem emerging while student can t to categorized structure of exposition text and trouble using conventional method. This study aimed to (1) know the influence of using mind mapping method to find thesis exsposition text (2) know the influence of using mind mapping method to find argumentation exsposition text and (3) know the influence of using mind mapping method to find conclusion exsposition text. Design research in this study is experiment research with quantitative method by means of difference test. Quantitative method used to know the influence of using mind mapping method to find thesis argumentation and conclusion from exposition text structure. The data resource is test score result by student X sains grade Public Senior High School 7 Malang academic year 2013/2014. Interpretation data is done on March April 2014. The instrument in this study used for interpretation data is RPP instruction and guideline reading test and assessment column. The instrument used to get data ability of finding exposition text structure control group and experiment group.
