Keywords Finance Education PAUD 12288 12288 12288 12288 This study aims to find sources of financing on PAUD in two-year budget to describe a variety of financing in PAUD in a two-year budget and to determine the amount of costs incurred in the PAUD education program in the two-year budget. Locations are selected studies in PAUD at Ngebruk Village and PAUD at Slorok Village. Approach researchers used a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. Using cash flow analysis and financial audits. 12288 12288 12288 12288 The conclusion of this research include 1) all income received in PAUD Lestari and PAUD Mustika Abadi at 2012/2013 school year until 2013/2014 school year among others from registration fees uniforms tuition consumption or nutrition and government support 2) The designation fee in PAUD Lestari which is to charge employee honorarium payment of utility bills uniform consumption / nutrition ADD BOP and rehabilitation of the building while PAUD Mustika Abadi for employee honorarium uniform consumption and BOP 3) the results of the cost of education conducted by researchers is the accumulation of all costs incurred by the PAUD Lestari to fulfill the needs of education. Year 2012/2013 Rp 21.654 million/year while the year 2013/2014 USD 19.647 million/year. Total expenditure of the year 2012/2013 s.d. 2013/2014 decreased. PAUD Mustika Abadi costs incurred in the Academic Year 2012/2013 of Rp 16.71 million and the Academic Year 2013/2014 USD 16.174 million. The percentage of expenditure on PAUD Lestari in the Academic Year of 2012/2013 52.4% and 47.6% in the Academic Year 2013/2014 this is due to decreased spending in the year does not get funding from the BOP. The percentage of expenditure on PAUD Mustika Abadi 50.8% in the Academic Year 2012/2013 and 49.2% in Academic Year 2013/2014 there is a decrease in spending and this is because the income from the funds of the BOP and lower consumption compared to the previous year. The implications of this research 1) need to obtain proceeds from other sources of income that are not only derived from the parent is required to raise funds from other sources to be obtained not only from the parents so that educational institutions can increase the revenue that could be used for the purposes of the institution school education and increase cash 2) need to finance the management of the procurement of books because in order to avoid a decrease in the supply of books used in the learning process it is necessary to manage the procurement of the book because the book needs to know which will be used in the next school year 3) need more detailed financial management in order to know in detail the use of the cost the necessary financing management in detail so that students and parents know the foundation managers use funds during the school year 4) need to be active in submitting a proposal in order to get more financial resources for the progress of schools and school can add cash required active in submitting a proposal to the government to an educational institution is getting more additional funds for the school progress and not just get money from parents only. Based on the research findings it is suggested 1) For the board of trustees should make an external audit of funds so that no details are transparent 2) For the management PAUD PAUD managers should have the book annual report financial details that can be seen in detail the use of the cost of each in Academic Year PAUD managers should be more active in submitting a proposal to the government in order to obtain financial assistance provided by the government through the submission of the proposal 3) For the community especially elderly people elderly community residents should learn to be more proactive in helping PAUD programs 4) For the chairman of the Department of Educational Administration should develop a study on the management PAUD 5) For the Department of Education Malang should pay attention to the welfare of PAUD educators 6) For other researchers should the conduct advanced research by researching in different locations and different levels so that it can provide additional information about the wider costs of education in the world of education.
