Abstrak
Kumala Eka 2014. The Development of Game Model with the Teaching Book Media for Cluster I Group A Kindergarten Prajuritkulon Subdistrict Mojokerto City. Keywords Development Game Model Teaching Book Media 12288 12288 12288 12288 Based on early observation interview and demand analysis implemented by the author at Cluster I Group A Kindergarten in Prajuritkulon Subdistrict Mojokerto City on 1 June 2013 it is revealed that teachers of Cluster I Group A Kindergarten in Prajuritkulon Subdistrict Mojokerto City have shown variety of conditions. The findings indicate that (1) forty three teachers (86 %) do not use the teaching book while seven teachers use the teaching book (2) forty teachers (80 %) feel impeded in presenting game model while ten teachers (20 %) do not feel hampered in performing game model (3) forty two teachers (84 %) never try the rough motoric game which includes jump catch and run while eight teachers (16 %) teach the rough motoric game of jump catch and run (4) forty eight teachers (96 %) do not need the teaching book media to increase the variation of game while only two teachers (4 %) consider the teaching book as unnecessary and (5) fifty teachers (100%) have agreed if the lesson of Physical Education Sport and Health must be provided with reliable facility or teaching book media. 12288 12288 12288 12288 The development of game model with the teaching book media can be described as follows. Specification of product is variety of learning. The cover is arranged with attractive picture. Foreword list of content introduction material and picture are composed in neatly order. Language is made as easy to understand by teachers. The content of the teaching book for Physical Education Sport and Health includes (a) crawling with bench (b) catching the moon (c) simpai (imitating the monkey) (d) barrier (e) transforming (f) kicking the sun (g) climbing as monkey and (h) ball circle. 12288 12288 12288 12288 The developmental method suggested by Borg and Gall (1983 775) is used as the developmental method of this research. The author makes few modifications such that the developmental method involves (1) the analysis of product including field observation interview questionnaire and literature study (2) the development of early product (3) the evaluation of game expert media expert and product revision (4) Stage I trial (small group) (5) revision to Stage I trial product (6) Stage II trial (big group) and (7) revision to Stage II trial. 12288 12288 12288 12288 Result of Game Model Development with the teaching book media for Cluster I Group A Kindergarten in Prajuritkulon Subdistrict Mojokerto City has met several criteria. It meets the adequate criteria from learning expert by 75 % good criteria from media expert by 87.5 % good criteria for Stage I trial by 76.80% and good criteria for Stage II trial by 84.72 %. Hereby it can be said that this model is useful to be the development media for Cluster I Group A Kindergarten in Prajuritkulon Subdistrict Mojokerto City. 12288 12288 12288 12288
