PenelitianinimerupakanPenelitianTindakanKelas (PTK) denganpendekatankualitatif yang dilakukandalamduasiklus. Tiapsiklusdalampenelitianiniterdiridariempattahapyaitu (1) perencanaan (2) pelaksanaan (3) pengamatan dan (4) refleksi. Tindakandalamsetiapsiklusdilakukandengancarapenelitimemberikanpenugasanprojek yang harusdiselesaikansecaraberkelompok. Instrumen yang digunakanadalahteshasilbelajardanobservasi. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwadenganmenggunkan model Project Based Learning dapatmeningkatkanpembelajaranPPKn yang dilihatmelaluiaktivitasbelajarsiswauntuksetiapkelompok. Aktivitasbelajarsiswamunculdari 6 langkah model pembelajaranProject Based Learning 1) bertanya 2) mencatat 3) mendengarkan 4) diskusi 5) membuat video 6) menyajikanhasil 7) mengemukakanfaktadan 8) membuatkeputusan. Aktivitastersebutmenekankanpadatingkatkreativitassiswadanmenyalurkan ide-ide baru yang dilaksanakansecarakolaboratifdengankelompoksehinggasiswadapatmengkostrukpengetahuannyasendiridenganinteraksibersamalingkungannya. Pengetahuan yang didapatkansiswasecaralangsungtersebutterbuktidapatmeningkatkanhasilbelajarsecaraklasikaldarisiklus I hasilbelajarsiswamencapai 40% danpadasiklus II mencapai 85%. Keterbatasanpenelitianini (1) tidakadadeskripsiprojeksecaratertulis (2) jumlah observer kurangdarijumlahkelompoksehinggatidaksemuakelompokdapatdipantaudenganbaikpadasaatkegiatanobservasi. This classroom action research is motivated by the learning outcomes Pancasila and citizenship education class X 10 MM 2 SMK Malang. This was due to the lack of variety of learning models applied by teachers. In addition the lesson is still centered on the teacher. Resulting in easily bored students do not have the passion to learn and just hang one source of information. This study aims to improve the results of class X student MM 2 SMKN 10 Malang through Project Based Learning model application. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative approach was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle in this study consists of four phases (1) planning (2) implementation (3) observation and (4) reflection. The action in each cycle is done by giving researchers project assignments that must be completed in groups. The instrument is used mainly achievement test and observation. The results showed that by using Project Based Learning models can improve learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education is seen through students learning activities for each group. Learning activities of students emerging from 6 step learning model Project Based Learning 1) asks 2) note 3) listen to four) discussion 5) makes video 6) presents the results 7) points to the fact and 8) to make a decision. Activities such emphasis on the level of students creativity and deliver new ideas are implemented collaboratively with groups so students can mengkostruk own knowledge by interacting with the environment. Knowledge gained students directly is proven to improve learning outcomes in the classical style of the first cycle of learning outcomes of students reached 40% and the second cycle reaches 85%. Limitations of this study (1) there is no written description of the project (2) the number of observers is less than the number of groups so that all groups can be monitored properly at the time of observation. So for further research are expected to prepare a detailed project which will be commissioned and anticipate when there is a group that can not be monitored by sending observational evidence in the form of video or sound recording.
