Abstrak
ABSTRACT Nunggraini Elisa. 2016. Caregiver roles of Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang for Educating Foster Children Accordance with the Values of Pancasila. Undergraduate Thesis Pancasila Education and Civics Department and Study Programs Law and Civics Faculty of Social Sciences State University of Malang. Advisor (I) Drs. Margono M.Pd M.Si (II) Hj. Yuniastuti SH M.Pd. Key Words Morals Orphanage values of Pancasila Moral Education is exposed to hedge people from doing misconducts which are not accordance with norms that exist either in community nation and state. Moral Education is the process of systematically behavioral changes aimed at keeping a person can think feel and act in accordance with the rules of decency or customs and basic values that apply to a particular group of people so he or she becomes a moral person Moral education contained in Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang which accordance with the values of Pancasila as for moral education activities are divided into two schedules which are the scheduled program and habituation program. As an example of a program that is scheduled to (1) tapak suci (2) the Hizbul wathan (Scouts) (3) entrepreneurial activities which is creating instant ginger powder. For examples of the conditioning program namely (1) an increase in devotion to Almighty God (2) an increase in discipline (3) increased politeness (4) cultivation of independent attitude. The research problems are stated as follows (1) what is the role of caregivers Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang in educating moral of foster children in accordance with the values of Pancasila (2) How is the implementation of the program of moral education in accordance with the values of Pancasila at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang (3) What are the factors that hinder of the implementation of moral education in accordance with the values of Pancasila at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang (4) What efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of moral education in accordance with the values of Pancasila at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang on 10 October to 10 November 2016. This research used a qualitative approach which is descriptive research. The purpose of this type of descriptive research is to create a description or picture systematically the facts under investigation. The data collection methods used were observation interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is data reduction data display and conclusions. The result of the research was caregivers roles of Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang in educating moral of foster children accordance with the values of Pancasila. The caregivers role as a parent facilitator and evaluator for foster children in the context of the moral education of foster children is accordance with the values of Pancasila. Moral education programs listed at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang implemented through two programs (1) the scheduled program (2) the conditioning program. The activities are carried out through scheduled programs include (1) tapak suci (2) the Hizbul wathan (scouts) (3) entrepreneurial activities make ginger. While the activities are carried out through habituation program include (1) an increase in devotion to God Almighty (2) an increase in discipline (3) increased politeness (4) cultivate of independent attitude. The obstacles of the implementation in educating moral of foster children at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang including (1) the differences backgrounds of thought or perception among caregivers with foster children (2) lack of awareness of foster children to discipline applicable (3) heterogeneity of foster children (4 ) supervision is not optimal when foster children are outside the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang. Efforts are being made to overcome obstacles in educating moral of foster children at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang among others (1) perseverance and patience caregivers in dealing with foster care (2) a strong attitude of caregivers to foster children in violation of applicable regulations (3) proximity inwardly and outwardly committed by caregivers to foster children (4) creating a coordination and good relations between the caregiver with the school. Suggestions from the research conducted by researchers at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Malang is to optimize the programs in the moral education of foster children in addition to giving more affection just as well provide the required amenities foster children who are all localized in one area home making it easier for caregivers to monitor foster children s activities both formal and non-formal.
