ABSTRAK Fadillah Faqih. 2017. Kontribusi Kompetensi Praktikum Kepribadian Proaktif dan Pola Berpikir Berkembang terhadap Hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian. Kata Kunci kompetensi praktikum kepribadian proaktif pola berpikir berkembang hasil uji kompetensi keahlian Salah satu tolok ukur peserta didik SMK yang siap bekerja adalah peserta didik yang memenuhi kompetesi kompetensi peserta didik dapat diukur melalui Standar Kelulusan Minimum dan pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK).Tingkat pengangguran terbuka untuk pendidikan SMK menempati posisi tertinggi. Tingkat pengangguran peserta didik tidak lepas dari aspek internal dan eksternal peserta didik faktor internal seperti kepribadian dan pola berpikir sangat menentukan kesuksesan dalam dunia kerja. Pengembangan kepribadian peserta didik SMK sangat penting hal ini berdampak pada karir lulusan SMK. Aspek yang dipertimbangkan tidak hanya keterampilan motorik dan kognitif akan tetapi aspek kepribadian (personality) seperti kepribadian proaktif dan pola berpikir juga berperan dalam perkemabangan karir lulusan SMK. Kesuksesan peserta didik dalam melaksanakan UKK tidak lepas dari sifat-sifat individu. Diperlukan penelitian terkait kontribusi kompetensi praktikum kepribadian proaktif dan pola berpikir berkembang terhadap hasil UKK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi praktikum terhadap hasil UKK (2) Mengetahui kontribusi kepribadian proaktif terhadap hasil UKK (3) Mengetahui pola berpikir berkembang terhadap hasil UKK (4) Mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi praktikum kepribadian proaktif dan pola berpikir berkembang terhadap hasil UKK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini terdiri dari kompetensi praktikum (X1) kepribadian proaktif (X2) pola berpikir berkembang (X3) dan variabel dependen adalah hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (Y). Pengujian data menggunakan statistik parametrik dengan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Kontribusi kompetensi praktikum secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi hasil UKK di kalangan siswa SMKN 1 Singosari sebesar 2 28% (2) Kontribusi kepribadian proaktif secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi hasil UKK di kalangan siswa SMKN 1 Singosari sebesar 4 94% (3) Kontribusi pola berpikir berkembang secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi hasil UKK di kalangan siswa SMKN 1 Singosari sebesar 5 15% (4) Kontribusi kompetensi praktikum kepribadian proaktif pola berpikir berkembang secara bersama-sama dan langsung mempengaruhi hasil UKK di kalangan siswa SMKN 1 Singosari sebesar 21 2% dengan faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian sebesar 78 8%. The Unemployment rate of learners can not be separated from the internal and external aspects internal factors such as personality and thinking pdatterns are crucial to success to work. Development of the personality of Vocational High School students is very important it affects the career of vocational graduates. Not only motoric skills and cognitive but proactive personality and thinking patterns also to role in career vocational graduates. The success of learners in implementing the skill performance test is not separated from the individual traits. To necessary for research about contributions of practicum competence contribution proactive personality and developing thinking pattern to the result of the skill performance test. The purpose of this research are (1) To know the contribution of practicum competence to the result of the skill performance test (2) Knowing the contribution of proactive personality to the outcome of the skill performance test (3) Knowing the thinking pattern develops on the results of the skill performance test (4) Knowing the contribution of practicum competence proactive personality and thinking pattern to the result of the skill performance test. This research uses quantitative approach with correlation method. The independent variables in this study consist of practicum competence proactive personality developing thinking pattern And the dependent variable is the result of skill performance test. This research data using parametric statistic with techniqueregression analysis. The results of this study are (1) The contribution of practicum competence can directly affect the outcomes of the Skill Performance Test students SMKN 1 Singosari by 2.28% (2) The contribution of proactive personality directly may affect the outcomes of the Skill Performance Test students of SMKN 1 Singosari by 4.94% (3) The contribution of thinking patterns to develop directly can affect the outcomes of the vocational high school among students SMKN 1 Singosari by 5.15% (4) Contribution of practicum competence proactive personality thinking pattern develop together and directly affect the result of vocational high school among students SMKN 1 Singosari by 21.2% with other factor outside research variable equal to 78.8%. Suggestion from this research is needed coaching personality and thinking pattern to improve competence of vocational school students.
