Analisiskebutuhan di Kelas IV SDN Nogotirtoditemukanbahwabahan ajar yang digunakantidaksesuaidengankarakteristiklingkungan di sekitarsiswa. Materitentangpelestarianlingkunganmasihsangatkurang padahalpendidikanperluditanamkansejakdiniterkaitdenganmasalahlingkungan yang semakinserius. Materitentangpelestarianlingkungansangatdibutuhkanuntukmemberikanpengetahuandanpenanamansikapuntukpedulilingkungan. Penelitianbertujuanmenghasilkanbahan ajar suplemen yang layakdigunakandalampembelajaran yang memenuhiaspekkevalidan kepraktisan dankeefektifan. Penelitian yang dilakukanmerupakanpenelitianpengembangandengan model pengembangan Dick dan Carey (2009). Prosedurpenelitianpengembanganmelaluitahap(1) identifikasitujuanumumpembelajaran (2) analisistujuanpembelajaran (3) analisissiswadanlingkungan (4) merumuskantujuankhususpembelajaran (5) mengembangkaninstrumenasesmen (6) mengembangkanstrategipembelajaran (7) mengembangkandanmemilihmateripembelajaran (8) merancangdanmelakukanevaluasiformatif (9) melakukanrevisibahan ajar (10) merancangdanmelakukanevaluasisumatif. Prototype produk divalidasiolehahlimateridanahlidesain. Ujicobadilakukan di SDN Nogotirtodengansubyekujicobayaitusiswakelas IV sebanyak 30 siswa. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkanberupabukusiswadanbukupanduan guru yang mempunyaitingkatkevalidansebesar 90 15% dariahlimateridan 84 75% dariahlidesain. Rata-rata hasilvalidasiuntukbukusiswadanbukupanduan guru sebesar 87 45% yang termasukkriteriasangat valid. Dari hasilujicobalapangan kepraktisanbahan ajar mencapai rata-rata 94 43%masukdalamkategorisangatpraktis. Analisis data keefektifanmenunjukkankeaktifansiswasebesar 85 5% atausangataktifdanhasilbelajarsiswa yang mencapainilaiketuntasan minimum sebesar 76 7%. Rata-rata aspekkeefektifanbahan ajar sebesar 81 1% yang berartibahan ajar efektifdigunakanuntukpembelajaran.Berdasarkanhasiltersebut bahan ajar yang dikembangkanlayakdigunakandalam proses pembelajarankarenamemilikikriteriasangat valid sangatpraktis dansangatefektif. Untukpengembanganbahan ajar selanjutnyadisarankanuntukmelakukanujicobadalamskala yang lebihluas. Diseminasi juga perludilakukan agar produk dapatdigunakansecaraluas. ABSTRACT Indrawini Triana. 2017. UtamiWidiati M.A. Ph.D. Key words Developing the Instructional Materials Thematic Environment Thematic learning applied to all elementary school students. It takes a thematic teaching materials in accordance with the characteristics of the students. Analysis of needs in Class IV SDN Nogotirto found that the materials used do not correspond with the characteristics of the environment around the student. The material on protecting the environment is still very poor but education needs to be instilled early on associated with the increasingly serious environmental problems. Material about environmental conservation is needed to provide the knowledge and attitudes planting for environmental care. The purpose of research is aimed at generating a viable supplement instructional materials used in learning that meet the aspect of validity practicality and effectiveness. This research is the research and development with a model Dick and Carey (2009). Research and development through the procedure step (1) identifying instructional goals (2) conducting a goal analysis (3) analyzing learners and contexts (4) writing performance objectives (5) developing assessment instruments (6) developing learning strategies (7) developing and selection instructional materials (8) designing and conducting formative evaluations (9) revising instructional materials (10) designing and conducting summative evaluations. Prototype products validated by subject matter experts and instructional design experts. Trials conducted in SDN Nogotirto the trial subjects are the fourth grade students as many as 30 students. Instructional materials developed have a level of validity for 90.15% of subject matter experts and 84.75% of the instructional design experts. The average results for the validation of the student book and teacher s guide book for 87.45% which included a very valid criteria. From the results of the field trials the practicality of teaching materials reached an average of 94.43% in the category very practical. The effectiveness of data analysis showed 85.5% active students or very active and learning outcomes of students who achieve mastery minimum value of 76.7%. On average aspect effectiveness of instructional materials 81.1% which means the effective use of instructional materials for learning. Based on these results developed instructional materials eligible for use in the learning process because it has a very valid criteria very practical and very effective.For further recommended the developing of instructional materials to conduct trials in a wider scale. Dissemination is also necessary so that the product can be widely used.
