Kata Kunci Anak Sekolah Dasar modernisasi seni lukis mixed media Anak Sekolah Dasar merupakan gambaran dari sosok seorang anak kecil yang masih polos dalam menerima segala hal yang baru. Tidak terkecuali dengan modernisasi yang berkembang saat ini. Modernisasi turut mempengaruhi kehidupan mereka. Modernisasi tidak hanya membawa hal positif saja namun juga memberi dampak negatif kepada mereka yang dapat dikatakan masih baru mengenal dunia pendidikan. Anak Sekolah Dasar yang haus akan pengetahuan masih sulit untuk memilih mana yang baik dan buruk bagi dirinya sehingga mudah terpengaruh oleh perkembangan zaman. Pada penciptaan ini pencipta mengambil ide atau gagasan berkarya dari pengaruh negatif modernisasi terhadap anak Sekolah Dasar. Ide atau gagasan tersebut diwujudkan dalam karya seni lukis mixed media. Seni lukis mixed media dipilih oleh pencipta karena seniman akan lebih bebas dalam mengolah teknik dan dapat memunculkan karakter tersendiri. Proses dalam penciptaan karya seni lukis mixed media ini bermula dari perancangan konsep yang di dalamnya terdapat ide atau gagasan tema dan objek yang akan diciptakan yaitu dengan objek utama anak Sekolah Dasar. Setelah itu menentukan karakteristik karya kemudian menetukan teknik serta alat dan bahan yang akan digunakan. Jika semuanya sudah terpenuhi untuk langkah selanjutnya adalah proses visualisasi yaitu membuat sketsa di atas kertas lalu memindahkannya di atas kanvas. Kemudian proses pewarnaan dengan menggunakan teknik plakat. Namun sebelum itu menempelkan koran dan uang dua ribu rupiah di atas kanvas. Pencipta menampilkan 6 karya seni lukis mixed media dengan media estetik berupa garis bentuk dan warna serta tekstur sebagai simbolisasi dari konsep berkarya yaitu pengaruh negative modernisasi terhadap anak Sekolah Dasar. Menggunakan karakteristik karya berupa tempelan koran uang asli dua ribu rupiah warna background cenderung gelap dan objek anak Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan hasil penciptaan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada pencipta maupun orang lain agar peduli terhadap pengaruh negatif modernisasi saat ini pada perkembangan anak-anak bangsa terutama pada usia sekolah dasar. Selain itu diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam mempelajari karya seni lukis mixed media. Mulai dari perancangan konsep hingga proses visualisasi karya dan deskripsi karya. Today s modernization will affect their life in which it will not only bring them positive effects but also the negative effects - when they are still a newbie in education. Elementary students who have high curiosity of new things are not able to differentiate the things that are good and bad for them so they will be very easily influenced with environment nowadays. In this creation the creator took the idea for the works from the negative effects of modernization to elementary students. That idea is transferred into mixed media paintings. The creator chose mixed media paintings because the artist will be free in processing the technique and it can create a unique character. The process of creating this mixed media paintings is started from creating the concept that has idea theme and the objects that will be created. The object is elementary students. After that the creator decided the characteristics of the paintings and prepared the technique tools and materials that will be used. After all the next step is visualization by making the sketch on the paper and transferring it to the canvas. And then coloring process using plaque technique. Yet before applying the technique the creator will stick some newspapers and also real money of two thousands rupiahs on the canvas. The creator presents 6 mixed media paintings with aesthetic media such as lines shapes colors and texture as symbol of creation concept that is negative effects of modernization to elementary students. Using the work characteristics in the from of sticky newspaper money of two thousands rupiahs background colors tend to be dark and the elementary students as the objects. Based on the results of this creation hopefully it will give benefits for the creator and others so that the concern to the negative effect of modernization for the young generation especially elementary students can be increased. This paintings can also be media to learn mixed media paintings. Started from the creating the concept visualization and description of the works/paintings.
