Kata Kunci pengembangan augmented reality teknikgambarbangunan Augmented realityadalahteknologiyang menambahkanobjek virtual kedalamlingkungannyata.Augmented reality bookmerupakansalahsatubentukpenyajianaugmented reality yang mengkombinasikanaugmented realitydenganbukukonvensionaldengantujuanmembantuimajinasipembacadanmeningkatkaninteraktivitas. Berdasarkanhasilpengamatanselama proses pembelajaran di kelas XII TeknikGambarBangunan SMKN 3 Boyolangumenunjukkanbahwasiswamengalamikesulitandalammembayangkanobjekdariberbagaisudutpandangkarenabelumada media yang membantuimajinasisiswadalammembayangkanbentukbendasecara 3D.Penelitianpengembanganinibertujuanmenghasilkanprodukpengembanganberupabukuteksberbasisaugmented realityyang terujitingkatvaliditasnyadanefektivitasnya. Model Lee Owens digunakanuntukmengembangkanbukuteksberbasisaugmented reality dalampenelitianini yang terdiriatastahapan (1) assessment/analysis (2) design (3) development (4) implementationdan(5) evaluation. Hasilujivaliditasolehahli media menunjukkanbahwabukuteksberbasisaugmented reality valid denganpersentasesebesar90 5% persentasehasilvalidasiolehahlimateri78 75%denganpredikat valid persentasehasilujicobaperorangan90 5%denganpredikat valid persentasehasilujicobakelompokkecil 83 85% denganpredikat valid danpersentasehasilujicobalapangan 79% denganpredikat valid. Bukuteksberbasisaugmented realityjugaefektifdigunakandalampembelajaran. Hal initergambardaripersentaseketuntasanklasikalsebesar 77% denganpredikatefektif.Berdasarkanhasilujivaliditasdanefektivitasmenunjukkanbahwabukuteksberbasisaugmented reality valid dandapatdigunakandalampembelajaran. Saran untukpenelitianselanjutnyaadalahdapatdikembangkanaugmented reality untukbidang lain ataumenggunakancloud storagesebagai media penyimpanan agar model 3D yang dimuatbisalebihbanyakdantidakmemerlukanruangpenyimpanan yang besar di perangkatsmartphone. Keywords development augmented reality technical program of construction drawing Augmented reality is a technology which adds virtual object to the real environment. Augmented reality-based textbook is one of the augmented reality presentation which combines augmented reality and traditional textbook in order to assist reader s imagination and improve interactivity. Based on observation result during the learning process in 12th Grade of Technical Program of Construction Drawing SMKN (Public Vocational High School) 3 Boyolangu its showed that the students got difficulty in imagining object from many perspectives due to there was no media to assist student s ability in imagining 3D object. This developmental research aims to produce developmental product of augmented reality-based textbook which tested by its validity and effectiveness level. In this research the model by Lee Owens is used in developing augmented reality-based textbook with some steps those are (1) assessment/analysis (2) design (3) development (4) implementation and (5) evaluation. The result of validity test by media expert showed that augmented reality-based textbook was valid with percentage of 90.5% validation by material expert showed the percentage of 78.75% with valid category percentage result of individual test was 90.05% with valid category percentage result of small group test was 83.85% with valid category and percentage of field test was 79% with valid predicate. This augmented reality-based textbook was also effective to be applied in the learning process. Itsdescribed by percentage of classical completeness for 77% with predicate of effective. Based on the result of validity and effectiveness test its showed that this augmented reality-based textbook was valid and could be applied in the learning process. Suggestion for the next researchers is to develop augmented reality towards other fields or use cloud storage as storage media in order for 3D model has more saved space and does not take big storage in smartphone device
