Kata Kunci DeLone dan McLean model keberhasilan sistem informasi e-learning SMK Negeri 1 Malang. E-learning merupakan salah satu kombinasi pembelajaran yang saat ini banyak diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan salah satunya SMK Negeri 1 Malang. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada siswa maupun pengelola sistem implementasi e-learning masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti akses ke sistem yang sering terputus akibat dari kendala konektifitas ke jaringan yang terbatas terdapat beberapa mata pelajaran yang belum tersedia materi pembelajarannya pada e-learning.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keberhasilan e-learning SMK Negeri 1 Malang dengan model keberhasilan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji e-learning SMK Negeri 1 Malang sebagai objek penelitian dan seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 1 Malang sebagai subjek penelitian. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 86 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Malang. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis korelasi product moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi kecenderungan pada semua variabel adalah cukup baik dan semua hipotesis diterima. (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara kualitas sistem dengan penggunaan (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara kualitas sistem dengan kepuasan pengguna (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem terhadap penggunaan (4) terdapat hubungan positif antara kualitas informasi dengan kepuasan pengguna (5) terdapat hubungan positif antara kualitas layanan dengan penggunaan (6) terdapat hubungan positif antara penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna (7)terdapat hubungan positif antara penggunaan dan manfaat yang didapatkan (8) terdapat hubungan positif antara kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat yang didapatkan (9) terdapat hubungan positif antara manfaat yang didapatkan terhadap penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Dengan diterimanya semua hipotesis pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-learning SMK Negeri 1 Malang berhasil. E-learning is one of the combinations of learning which are currently implemented in the institution one of the SMK Negeri 1 Malang. From the results of interviews conducted to students as well as the provider of e-learning implementation still face some obstacles such as access to a system that often interrupted due to the constraints of the limited connectivity to the network there are some subjects that are not yet available on e-learning.The purpose of this study was to test the e-learning SMK Negeri 1 Malang with DeLone and McLean information success model. This research is quantitative research the which aims to test the e-learning vocational Negeri1 Malang as an object of research and all the students of SMK Negeri 1 Malang as a subject of research. The samples used in the study was 86 students. Data collection is done by way of disseminating a questionnaire to students of SMK Negeri 1 Malang. Testing the hypothesis in this research with the technique of Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The results showed that the distribution of the tendency of all variables is quite good and all accepted hypothesis. (1) there is a positive relationship between system quality with use (2) there is a positive relationship between system quality with user satisfaction (3) there is a positive relationship between information quality and system quality with use (4) there is a positive relationship between the quality of user satisfaction with information (5) there is apositive relationship between service quality with use (6) there is a positive relationship between use and user satisfaction (7) there is a positive relationship between use and net benefits (8) there is a positive relationship between user satisfaction and net benefits (9) there is a positive relationship between net benefitswith use and user satisfaction. With the admissibility of all hypotheses on this research it can be concluded that the e-learning of SMK Negeri 1 Malang is successfuly.
