ABSTRAK Irawan andi. 2017. The Development of Video as a media assisted by cloud computing in Scince Subject for twelfth grade at SMA Negeri 1 Dampit. Keywords Development Research Instructional Video Science Cloud Computing The development of digital era on Education could be an alternative as a media in a classroom. Video as a media becomes one of the technologies which could be utilized in the class. In addition the productions cost requires substantial funds. The technology of cloud computing could be used to reduce the cost of production this video media. Based on the preliminary research which was conducted in science program of twelfth grade SMA Negeri 1 Dampit on the science subject on microorganism which are produce whether food and beverage. Material contains of practical material in producing tempe and yogurt as a whole. The learning process runs monotonously without the utilizing of media therefore students feel tired up to put into a learning process. In the practical activity students sometimes did those steps wrongly. This condition shows the need of change and improvement in the learning process both more varied techniques methods strategy or learning media. Direct instruction could be utilized in order to lead student s practical skill more structurally. The aim of this development research is to produce a video media which is valid as an effective learning resource in learning process of microorganism whom produce food and beverage. ASSURE method was used as a development method in this research. The steps of this development are 1) student analysis 2) state objectives or competence 3) select method media and material 4) utilize media and material 5) require learner participation 6) evaluation and revise. The research subject in this research validation are science program students of twelfth grade SMA Negeri 1 Dampit. The type of quantitative data is used in this research. The research result of this instructional video are valid and effective with the calculation of media expert got the percentage of 100% instructional material expert reaches 100% and the individual test obtained 90% small group test got 85 875%. From the learning outcomes the total of students who reach completeness learning standard of 75 obtained the percentage of 96 3% after the utilizing of instructional video. Suggestions for the further research are to examine deeply about the material election and election of video types which will be used have to be agreed with the characteristic of material in order to reach the objective of learning lastly the video techniques which will be used have to be measured as well.
