Evaluasi hasil belajar merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang harus dilakukan untuk mengetahui keefektifan proses pembelajaran. Untuk dapat melakukan evaluasi diperlukan suatu instrumen yang terstandart. Pengukuran hasil belajar secara menyeluruh meliputi aspek kognitif afektif dan psikomotorik. Oleh karena itu instrumen yang terstandarts harus dikembangkan terhadap aspek kognitif afektif dan psikomotorik. Dalam penyusunan instrumen evaluasi harus memenuhi beberapa aspek diantaranya Standart Reliabilitas Validitas Obyektivitas Praktibilitas Mudah dilaksanakan Mudah diskor dan Ekonomis. Realibilitas dan validitas dapat diketahui dengan perhitungan kuantitatif hasil uji coba produk. Obyektivitas Praktibilitas Mudah dilaksanakan Mudah diskor dan Ekonomis dalam evaluasi hasil belajar dapat dijabarkan secara kulilatif dengan menghubungkan alat yang digunakan dalam evaluasi hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan media Komputer sebagai alat bantu dengan software CBT-RUSH dan cam studio. Tujuan pengembangan adalah menghasilkan produk instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar mata pelajaran KKPI kelas XI SMK Kabupaten Kediri dalam bentuk instrumen kognitif afektif dan psikomotorik yang valid reliabel praktis mudah diskor dan dilaksanakan serta ekonomis baik secara teoritis empiris dan praktik dengan berbantukan media komputer. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan terdiri dari kegiatan 1) Kajian Terhadap SK KD dan Indikator 2) Perumusan Tujuan Pembelajaran 3) Pemetaan aspek evaluasi (Kognitif Afektif Psikomorik) 4) Penyusunan Kisi-kisi 5) Perakitan soal 6) Telaah Soal 7) Validasi 8) input perangkat evaluasi kedalam media Komputer 9) Uji Coba 10) Analisis Butir 11) Seleksi Soal 12) Administrasi soal bentuk akhir. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 480 siswa perangkat evaluasi hasil belajar kognitif memiliki Validitas teoritik sebesar 0 93 serta memiliki validitas empirik sebesar 0 76. Instrumen Hasil belajar afektif memiliki validitas teoritik 1 dan validitas empiris adalah 0 774. Perangkat Evaluasi hasil belajar Psikomotorik memiliki validitas teoritik 1 dan secara praktik dari 100 responden yang berasal dari 4 lembaga semua nilainya di atas 75 dimana siswa dinyatakan kompeten dalam mempraktikkan produk instrumen. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui hasil validitas 0 128 sehingga dikategorikan realibel / dapat dipercaya. Reliabilitas 0 86 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Dan berdasarkan analisis praktibilitas 85% item praktis dengan berbantukan media komputer. ABSTRAC Zulaika Luluk. 2017. Evaluation of learning outcomes is one important component that must be done to determine the effectiveness of the learning process. To be able to conduct an evaluation required a standard instrument. Measurement of learning outcomes as a whole includes cognitive affective and psychomotor aspects. Therefore standardized instruments should be developed against the cognitive affective and psychomotor aspects. In the preparation of evaluation instruments must meet several aspects including Standard Reliability Validity Objectivity Practibility Easy to implement Easy to disk and Economical. Realibility and validity can be known by quantitative calculation of product trial results. Objectivity Praktibility Easy to implement Easy to calculat and Economical in the evaluation of learning outcomes can be elaborated cililatively by linking the tools used in the evaluation of learning outcomes. Therefore in this study using Computer media as a tool with software CBT-RUSH and cam studio. The objective of the development is to produce the instrument product of the evaluation of learning outcomes of KKPI class XI in SMK Kediri district form cognitive affective and psychomotor instruments that are valid reliable practical easy to be executed and economical both theoretically empirically and practice with computer media. The research and development procedure consists of the following activities 1) Assessment of SK KD and Indicator 2) Formulation of Learning Objectives 3) Mapping of evaluation aspects (Cognitive Affective Psychomic) 4) Grid preparation 5) Assembling questions 6) Analysis of Problems 7) Validation 8) evaluation of evaluation tools into Computer media 9) Trial 10) Grain Analysis 11) Selection Problem 12) Administration of final form. From the results of research conducted on 480 students the evaluation tool cognitive learning outcomes have theoretical validity of 0 93 and has empirical validity of 0.76. Instruments The affective learning outcomes have theoretical validity 1 and the empirical validity is 0.774. Psychomotoric learning evaluation tools have theoretical validity 1 and practically from 100 respondents from 4 institutions all above 75 where the students are competent in practicing instrument product. Based on the calculation results can be seen the validity 0.128 so categorized realibel. Reliability of 0.86 with very high category. And based on the analysis of the practicality of 85% practical items with the help of computer media.
