Abstrak

Kata Kunci Konflik Peran Ambiguitas Peran dan Komitmen Independensi Komitmen independensi auditor internal Pemerintah Daerah sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan fungsi pengawasan serta fungsi evaluasi terhadap sistem pengendalian. Independensi auditor internal dapat dipengaruhi dari tingkat konflik peran dan juga ambiguitas peran yang dihadapi saat menjalankan profesinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Konflik Peran serta Ambiguitas Peran terhadap Komitmen Independensi Auditor Internal Pemerintah Daerah Se-Malang Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi nilai statistik F dan nilai statistik t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) konflik peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen independensi auditor internal Pemerintah Daerah (2) ambiguitas peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen independensi auditor internal Pemerintah Daerah. Independence of internal auditor can be influenced from the level of role conflict and role ambiguity faced while carrying out the profession. The purpose of this research is to determine the Role Conflict and Role Ambiguity to the Independence Commitment of Local Government s Internal Auditor Entire Malang. The method used in the determination of this sample is purposive sampling method. The sample number in this research as many 31 repondents. Analysis of the data in this research using multiple linear regression analysis with the support of SPSS 22 version. The test of hypothesis using the coefficient of determination the value of the F statistic and the value of the t statistic. The results of the research show that (1) the role conflict have influence negative and significance to the independence commitment of Local Government s internal auditor (2) The role ambiguity have influence negative and significance to the independence commitment of Local Governmnet s internal auditor.
