Proyek Akhir Progam Studi D3 Teknik Sipil dan Bangunan Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing Drs. Boedya Djatmika S T. M.T. Kata kunci Metode Pelaksanaan Kolom Kesesuaian SNI Metode pelaksanaan konstruksi yang digunakan pada pembangunan struktur suatu bangunan harus mengikuti prosedur dan standar yang telah diuji cobakan. Salah satumya adalah metode pelaksanaan konstruksi untuk kolom. Kolom merupakan struktur utama bangunan yang berfungsi untuk menerima gaya lateral sehingga kolom aman untuk menerima beban dari konstruksi tersebut. oleh karenanya pelaksanaan pekerjaan kolom harus sesuai dengan perhitungaan beban dan metode kerja yang telah ditetapkan. Pada Proyek Akhir ini melakukan pembahasan terhadap metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan kolom pada proyek pembangunan Alpines Hotel Residance Kota Batu. Adapun tujuan dari pengamatan adalah 1) mngetahui metode pelaksanaan kolom pada proyek pembangunan Alpines Hotel Residance serta 2) mengetahui metode pelaksanaan kolom pada proyek pembangunan Alpines Hotel Residence yang baik dan sesuai dengan SNI tahun 2013. Metode yang dilakukan pada penyusunan Proyek Akhir dengan a) pengamatan di lapangan 2) dokumentasi proyek pembangunan Alpines Hotel Residance 3) Wawancara 4) Observasi dan 5) simulasi dengan software PCA Column. Pengamatan di lapangan terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan kolom pada proyek pembangunan Alpines Hotel Residance yaitu pekerjaan kolom sudah sesuai dengan RKS yg ditentukan diproyek selain itu perhitungan kapasitas penampang kolom dengan PCA Column kolom K3 dengan Pu 14655 7 dan Mu 1169 65. Masih mampu menerima beban aksial yang bekerja diatasnya Kebutuhan material kolom yang ditinjau kolom k3 membutuhkan untuk 1 kolom 2 lembar multiplek (120 x 240) 13 lonjor kayu meranti 4 m 2 kg paku besi D19 5 lonjor 12 4 lonjor dan beton 0 295 m3. Key words implementation method columns SNI compliance Methods of construction implementation used on construction of the structure of a building should follow the procedure and standard that have been tested. One of them is method of construction implementation for columns. Columns is main structure of building functioned to accept lateral force so that the columns are save to accept loads from the construction. Thus implementation of columns process should be in accordance with load calculation and work method implemented. This study discusses method of implementation of columns process on Alpines Hotel Residence Building Project in Batu. It aims to 1) know the method of columns process on Alpines Hotel Residence Building Project and 2) know the method of columns process on Alpines Hotel Residence Building Project that is good and in accordance with the SNI of 2013. Method used to conduct this study goes through 1) observation in the field 2) documentation of Alpines Hotel Residence Building Project 3) interview 4) observation 5) simulation with PCA column software. The observation in the field toward the implementation of columns process on Alpines Hotel Residence Building Project that is columns process has been in accordance with the Work Plan and Terms specified in the project besides the calculation of cross section capacity with PCA Column the column K3 with Pu 14655 7 and Mu 1169 65. It is still able to accept the axial load working on it. Material needs of the columns reviewed the columns K3 requires 1 column 2 pieces of multiplex (120x240) 13 meranti logs 4 m 2 kg of nail 5 iron D19 and concrete 0.295 m3.
