Keywords control Human Resources construction project The control of Human Resources is very important in conducting construction project. The control of Human Resources is required to keep the construction project from deviating from the original plan. It would be difficult to maximally achieve the project s goals without a good control. The purpose of this study is to analyze the control of Human Resources on the construction project in Malang. This study is a quantitative descriptive study. The population used in this study is 6 middle-class construction services companies and 74 small-class construction services companies in Malang. Meanwhile this study uses random sampling method to draw the sample. By using this technique the samples used in this study are 3 middle-class construction services companies and 12 small-class construction services companies in Malang. Meanwhile the respondents from the companies are taken using purposive sampling technique. By using this technique there are 4 respondents taken from each company. Therefore 12 respondents are taken from the middle-class construction services companies while 48 respondents are taken from the small-class construction services companies. The techniques used for analyzing the data in this study are descriptive analysis T Test and Regression Analysis. The data analysis shows that (1) The process of Human Resources controlling on the construction services companies in Malang can be categorized as excellent (2) The factor which affects the control of Human Resources on construction services companies in Malang the most is equal distribution of labor and (3) The control of Human Resources directly affects the quality of the project.
