Pengaruh LKS ganda pada pembelajaran discovery terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep fisika di SMA Laboratorium UM / Ichda Carry Wijayanti

Kata Kunci Discovery LKS Keterampilan Proses Sains Penguasaan Konsep Salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan untuk menemukan dan membangun pengetahuan peserta didik adalah pembelajaran discovery. Dalam proses pembelajaran discovery peserta didik harus melakukan kegiatan di laboratorium untuk menemukan konsep baru dengan bimbingan guru. Untuk membantu kegiatan peserta didik di laboratorium diperlukan panduan berupa LKS yang berisi petunjuk dan pertanyaan. Dalam penelitian ini mencoba mengembangkan LKS yang diberikan saat kegiatan di laboratorium ada 2 LKS sekaligus yaitu LKS praktikum dan LKS teori. LKS teori berisi pertanyaan yang masih berhubungan dengan jawaban LKS praktikum. Dengan adanya 2 LKS ini diharapkan pengetahuan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik meningkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperiment dengan desain posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Laboratorium UM. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling sebanyak 2 kelas yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas X ICP dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas X MIPA 3. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mencakup uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Dalam uji prasyarat terdiri dari uji normalitas menggunakan tes Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji homogenitas menggunakan tes levene s test of equality error varians. Setelah memenuhi uji prasyarat kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis mengunakan uji-t (ttest). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) penguasaan konsep peserta didik yang menggunakan pembelajaran discovery dengan LKS ganda lebih tinggi daripada yang menggunakan discovery dengan LKS tunggal dan (2) keterampilan proses sains peserta didik yang menggunakan pembelajaran discovery dengan LKS ganda lebih tinggi daripada yang menggunakan discovery dengan LKS tunggal. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran discovery dengan LKS ganda dapat mempengaruhi penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik. Pengaruh tersebut terlihat dari meningkatnya penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik secara signifikan. ABSTRACT Carry Ichda. 2017. Keywords Discovery Worksheet Skills Process of Science Mastery of Concepts One of the learning approaches that can be used to discover and build learners knowledge is discovery learning. In the discovery learning process learners should perform activities in the laboratory to find new concepts with teacher guidance. To assist the activities of learners in the laboratory required guidance in the form of worksheet which contains instructions and questions. In this research try to develop worksheet given when activity in laboratory there are two worksheet at the same time that is worksheet practice and worksheet theory. worksheet theory contains questions that are still related to the answers worksheet practice. With the existence of two worksheet is expected knowledge of concept and skill of science process learners increase. This research is a quasi experimental research with design Posttest only control group design. The population in this research is the students of class X MIPA SMA Laboratorium UM. Sampling is done by cluster randomsampling technique as much as 2 classes consisting of experiment class that is class X ICP and control class that is class X MIPA 3. Technique of collecting data using test observation sheet and documentation. Data analysis techniques include prerequisite test and hypothesis testing. In the prerequisite test consisted of the normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and homogeneity test using levene s test of equality error variance. After fulfilling the prerequisite test then tested the hypothesis using t-test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the mastery of the concepts of learners using discovery learning with two worksheet is higher than that using discovery with one practice and (2) the science process skills of learners using discovery learning with two worksheet higher than those using discovery With a one worksheet. It can be concluded that discovery learning with multiple worksheet can influence the mastery of the concepts and skills of students learning process. The effect is evident from the increased mastery of the concepts and skills of students learning process significantly.
