Kata kunci Persepsi Karir Keguruan Social Support Self-Regulation Persepsi karir keguruan merupakan hasil dari rangkaian proses yang berlangsung lama berdasarkan pengalaman pengamatan kebiasaan pola pikir dan perasaan bagi seseorang. Terbentuknya persepsi dipengaruhi adanya stimulus dari luar individu berupa social support dari orang-orang terdekat yang mampu memberikan kenyamanan dan rasa percaya diri untuk merencanakan karir. Dan juga adanya stimulus dari dalam individu berupa self-regulation yang ketat untuk melakukan kontrol terhadap pikiran perasaan keinginan dan kinerja untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dan cita-cita. Adanya social support dan self-regulation diharapkan mampu membentuk persepsi yang positif terhadap karir keguruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan persepsi karir keguruan mahasiswa (2) mendeskripsikan social support mahasiswa (3) mendeskripsikan self-regulation mahasiswa (4) mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara social support dengan persepsi karir keguruan mahasiswa (5) mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara self-regulation dengan persepsi karir keguruan mahasiswa dan (6) mengetahui signifikansi hubungan secara simultan antara social support dan self-regulation dengan persepsi karir keguruan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian ex-postfacto dengan jenis causal comparative. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Angkatan 2014 Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 mahasiswa. Untuk mengukur social support self-regulation dan persepsi karir keguruan menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi parsial dan regresi ganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS IBM SPSS Statistic v22. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu (1) persepsi karir keguruan berada dalam katagori sangat tinggi yaitu 82 34% (2) social support berada dalam kategori tinggi yaitu 78 30% (3) self-regulation berada dalam kategori tinggi yaitu 75 34% (4) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara social support dengan persepsi karir keguruan (5) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self-regulation dengan persepsi karir keguruan dan (6) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara social support dan self-regulation dengan persepsi karir keguruan. Selain itu dapat diketahui bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel social support terhadap persepsi karir keguruan dengan sebesar 8 73522% dan variabel self-regulation sebesar 14 66478% serta sisanya sebesar 76 6% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Keyword Perception of Teaching Career Social Support Self-Regulation The Perception of teaching career is the result of a process that lasts a long time based on experience observation habits mindsets and feeling for someone. The formation of perceptions influenced by the existence of stimulus from the outside of the individual in the form of social support from those closest people who are able to provide convenience and confidence to plan careers. And also there is a stimulus in an individual which is strict self-regulation to control the thoughts feelings desires and performance to achieve a purpose and ideal dreams. The presence of social support and self-regulation are expected to establish a positive perception toward the teaching career. This research was purpose to (1) describe the perception of teaching career of students (2) describe the social support of students (3) describe the self-regulation of students (4) know the significance of relationship between social support with the perception of a career teaching students (5) know the significance of the relationship between self-regulation by the perception of a career teaching students and (6) know the significance of the relationship between the simultaneous social support and self-regulation by the perception of a teaching career students. This research was using correlational descriptive research with quantitative approach. The research method used ex-postfacto research with causal comparative. This research was conducted on students Education of Informatics Engineering Forces 2014 State University of Malang with the total sample as much as 135 students. To measure social support self-regulation and the perception of a career of teacher training using the closed questionaire. The used data analysis technique was a partial correlation and regression analysis. Data analysis was done with the help of SPSS IBM SPSS Statistics v22. The results of the research are (1) perception of teaching career is in a very high requirement i.e. 82.34% (2) social support is in the high category i.e. 78.30% (3) self-regulation is in the high category i.e. 75.34% (4) there is a positive and significant relationship between social support with the perception of teaching career (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-regulation with the perception of teaching career and (6) there is a positive and significant relationship between social support and self-regulation with the perception of teaching career. In addition the donations are given by social support variables to the teaching career perception is 8.73522% and the variable self-regulation is 14.66478% and the rest is 76.6% influenced by other not examined factors in this study.
