Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahuntukmengembangkan model latihanpassingdancontrol dalampermainansepakbola di Wesley Skill Center yang menarik menyenangkan mudahdipahami dansesuaidenganpermainansesungguhnya. Berdasarkananalisiskebutuhan yang dilakukandapatdisimpulkanbahwaatletusiadinimerasabentuklatihan yang dilakukanterutamapassingdancontrolcenderungmembosankandikarenakankurangvariatif. Rumusanmasalahdalampenelitianiniadalahbelumadanyapengembangan model-model latihanpassingdancontrol di Wesley Skill Center Kota Malang. Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahmengembangkan model latihanpassingdancontrol di Wesley Skill Center Kota Malang. Model pengembangandalampenelitianinimenggunakan Research and Development yang dikemukakanoleh Borg dan Gall (1983). Langkah-langkahpenelitianadalahsebagaiberikut (1) Melakukanpenelitiandanpengumpulan data informasitermasukkajianpustakadananalisiskebutuhan (2) Mengembangkanprodukawal (3) Evaluasiahlidengankualifikasiyaitu 1 ahli media 1 ahlikepelatihan 1 ahlisepakbola danujicoba (kelompokkecil) (4) Revisiprodukawal (sesuaidarihasilevaluasi para ahlidanujicoba) (5) Ujicobalapangan denganmengujicobakanhasilrevisiprodukawal (6) Revisiprodukakhir (sesuaidenganhasiujilapangan) (7) Hasilakhir produkpengembangan model latihanpassingdancontrol sepakbola di Wesley Skill Center Kota Malang. Hasilskoryaitu dariahli media yaitu 81% (sangatbaik) dariahlikepelatihanyaitu 83% (sangatbaik) dariahlisepakbolayaitu 83% (sangatbaik) dariujicoba (kelompokkecil) yaitu 81.7% (sangatbaik) dandariujilapangan (kelompokbesar) yaitu 85.5% (sangatbaik). Didasaridari data yang diperolehpengembangan model latihaninimenarik menyenangkan mudahdipahami dansesuaidenganpermainansesungguhnya. Based on the observations made on trainers and athletes football early age Wesley Skill Center obtained the conclusion that students feel the model of football practice especially passing and control is not much variation and tend to be boring. The purpose of this study is to develop a model of passing and control exercises in football games at the Wesley Skill Center that are exciting fun easy to understand and true to the game. Based on the needs analysis conducted it can be concluded that the athletes of early age feel the form of exercises performed mainly passing and control tend to be boring Because less varied. The formulation of the problem in this research is the absence of development of passing and control training models at Wesley Skill Center Malang City. The purpose of this research is to develop the model of passing and control training at Wesley Skill Center Malang City. The development model in this research uses Research and Development as proposed by Borg and Gall (1983). The research steps are as follows (1) Conducting research and data collection including library study and needs analysis (2) Developing initial product (3) Expert evaluation with qualification that is 1 media expert 1 coaching expert 1 expert (4) Initial product revisions (as per the evaluation of experts and trials) (5) Field trials by testing the results of the initial product revision (6) Revision of the final product (as appropriate With field test results) (7) Final result product development model of football passing and control model at Wesley Skill Center Malang City. The results of the assessment are as follows from the media expert that is 81% (very good) from the coaching expert that is 83% (very good) from the football expert that is 83% (very good) from the test (small group) that is 81.7% (very good) and from field test (large group) that is 85.5% (very good). Based on the scores that the development model of this exercise is interesting fun easy to understand and in accordance with the real game. Suggested in practice carried out in accordance with the contents of the material trainer competence and grassrootathletes.
