M.A Kata kunci Permainan arranged pillow menulis MTs Wali Songo Malang Pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang digunakan di kelas VII MTs Wali Songo Malang masih terpusat pada guru yang menyebabkan kurang aktifnya siswa dalan proses pembelajaran kurangnya motivasi siswa mengikuti pembelajaran dikarenakan metode pengajaran yang monoton serta kurang adanya media pembelajaran yang mendukung. Media untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan sebuah metode alternatif. Di antaranya pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan media permainan arranged pillow. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) mendeskripsikan penerapan permainan arranged pillow untuk pembelajaran keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wali Songo Malang dan (b) mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wali Songo Malang setelah menggunakan permainan arranged pillow. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian ini peneliti berperan sebagai guru bahasa Arab khusunya keterampilan menulis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wali Songo Krebet Malang. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Arab dan siswa kelas VII MTs Wali Songo Malang. Data diperoleh dari hasil kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Arab tentang teks 1575 1604 1576 1614 1610 1618 1578 kelas 7B MTs Wali Songo Krebet. Selain itu data diperoleh dengan menggunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data tersebut diperoleh dari hasil observasi pembelajaran hasil wawancara dengan guru kelas 7B dan hasil tes siswa. Sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik tes dan teknik non-tes (wawancara observasi umpan balik dan dokumentasi). Dalam analisis data peneliti menggunakan dua teknik analisis yaitu analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model siklus PTK yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) dalam menerapkan permainan arranged pillow di MTs Wali Songo Malang peneliti merencanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan arranged pillowyang dicantumkan dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran selanjutnya peneliti menerapkan apa yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya kemudian peneliti merefleksi hasil penelitian dari data yang telah didapat selama penelitian berlangsung (2) penerapan permainan arranged pillow dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa kelas VII MTs Wali Songo Malang. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata siswa setelah diterapkan permainan arranged pillow (pre tes 62 2 siklus 1 70 8 siklus 2 80 2). Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan kepada para guru hendaknya lebih mengembangkan media permainan arranged pillow serta metode pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi. Adapun untuk peneliti lain Hendaknya peneliti lain mengembangkan media permainan arranged pillow agar bisa digunakan pada keterampilan membaca berbicara dan menyimak guna memperkaya khazanah keilmuan. Keywords arranged pillow game writing MTs Wali Songo Malang The learning process of Arabic language in grade eight of MTs Wali Songo Malang which was still centered to the teachers resulted in less participation and less motivation from the students since the teaching method was monotonous and the teaching media was not fully supported. Alternative method presents to solve this problem. One of the methods is Arabic language learning through arranged pillow game. The objective of this research was (a) to describe the appliance of arranged pillow game in Arabic writing skill class of eighth grade students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wali Songo Malang and (b) to describe the improvement of Arabic writing skill of eighth grade students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wali Songo Malang after utilizing arranged pillow game in the class. This research uses Class Action Research design (PTK). In this study the researcher serves as an Arabic language teacher especially writing skill. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wali Songo Krebet Malang. Subjects used in this study were Arabic teachers and students of grade VII MTs Wali Songo Malang. The data were obtained from the result of the Arabic learning activity on the text of 1575 1604 1576 1610 1578 class 7B MTs Wali Songo Krebet. In addition data were obtained using qualitative and quantitative data. The data obtained from the observation of learning the results of interviews with teachers grade 7B and student test results. While in the data collecting researchers using the techniques of tests and non-test techniques (interviews observation feedback and documentation). In the data analysis the researchers used two analytical techniques namely qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The research procedure used in this research is PTK cycle model developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. Regarding this research finding (1) In implementing the arranged pillow game at MTs Wali Songo Malang the researcher planned the learning activity by using the arranged pillow which was included in the learning implementation plan then the researcher applied what had been planned before then theresearcher reflected the research result from the data obtained during the research (2) the result of this research showed that the appliance of arranged pillow game could improve the writing skill of eighth grade students in MTs Wali Songo Malang. It was proved by the increasing of average scores of the students after the appliance of arranged pillow game in the class (pre test 62 2 cycle 1 70 8 cycle 2 80 2). Based on this research the teacher was advised to develop arranged pillow game along with varieties of learning methods. Also the future researchers were advised to develop the arranged pillow game in order to be used to improve Arabic reading skill speaking skill and listening skill to enrich Arabic language education system.
