Key Words Process Informal Learning Development Onthel (Roadster Bicycle) Informal learning process of a society to develop onthel or roadster bicycle rental businesses has its own uniqueness. This inspires the researcher to implement research. The aim of the research is to describe the informal learning process of the society to develop their onthel rental businesses. This research employed a qualitative research design using a case study approach. The research setting was in Tulungrejo village Pare Kediri. Informants of the research were the owners of onthel rental business namely Mr. No and HF as well as the director of Mahesa Institute. The data collection techniques consisted of depth interview observation and documentation. The technique of data analysis was conducted in several stages including data process data description data classification data interpretation data presentation and conclusion draw. The testing process of validity on findings was implemented using triangulation of sources and techniques. Nearly most people in Tulungrejo worked as farmers owners of coffee shops printing owners even jobless. Since the establishment of English village in 1976 it has affected on the increase in numbers of course students coming from all regions of Indonesia even worldwide. The buildup has affected indirectly to the increase in demands and needs on the onthel rentals. External supports to the community given by Mahesa Institute have been in the form of recommendation to the students to use their services or becoming customers. The process was commenced when the community observed the vicinity and found the chance to arrange strategies to try running onthel rental business by inviting the family members. Subsequently they develop it using systems of good management and services to the customers. The onthel rental business as an entrepreneurship activity is expected to keep developing and improving the service and marketing of the enterprises. In addition the owners of onthel rental businesses are also suggested to establish an organization among the owners of the onthel rental business as a place of interaction and discussion as well as a means to develop better onthel rental businesses.
