Analisis pengaruh Usaha Kecil Bordir Mukena dan Sepatu terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten pasuruan / Eka Silviana

Abstrak
ABSTRAK Silviana Eka. 2017. Analisis Pengaruh Usaha Kecil Bordir Mukena dan Sepatu Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Skripsi Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing Thomas Soseco S.E. M.Sc Pengangguran merupakan masalah bagi suatu negara. Secara umum pengangguran ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan jumlah lapangan kerja. terutama lapangan pekerjaan sektor formal yang tidak mampu menyerap jumlah angkatan kerja yang semakin bertambah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh timpangnya jumlah lapangan kerja dengan pertumbuhan angkatan kerja. Hal ini diperparah dengan ditutupnya pabrik Panasonic Lighting Indonesia yang berdampak pada pemutusan hubungan kerja pada 3.800 buruh yang ada di pabrik tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal jumlah unit usaha dan volume penjualan pada industri kecil bodi di Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif . Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sedangkan data primer bersumber dari data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner meliputi jumlah unit usaha modal usaha volume penjualan dan jumlah tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja artinya semakin tinggi modal maka jumlah tenaga kerja juga semakin meningkat. Jumlah unit usaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja artinya semakin tinggi jumlah unit usaha maka jumlah tenaga kerja juga semakin meningkat. Dan yang terahir volume penjualan juga berpengaruh positif dan dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja artinya semakin tinggi volume penjualan maka jumlah tenaga kerja juga semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa modal jumlah unit usaha dan volume penjualan memiliki pengaruh terhadap penyerapatn tenaga kerja di industry kecil Bordir Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan tahun 2016. In general the unemployment is caused due to the limited of jobs. Especially the formal sector jobs which are not able to absorb the amount of the labor force that is growing. This is due to lame the total number of jobs with the growth of the labor force. This is compounded by the closure of the factory Panasonic Lighting Indonesia which resulted in the termination of employment relationships on the labour that is in 3 800 factory. This research aims to test the influence of the capital the number of business units and the volume of sales at a small industry bodir in Sub Bangil Regency Pasuruan. This research used quantitative methods with the descriptive approach.Where the data used are secondary data is sourced from Pasuruan Regency Central Agency Of Statistics. While the primary data sourced from data obtained through questionnaires including the number of business units venture capital sales volume and the number of labor. The results of this research show that a positive and significant effect of capital against the absorption of labor meaning the higher the capital then the amount of labor that is absorbed is also increasing. The number of business units has a positive and significant influence against the absorption of labor meaning that the higher the number of business units then the amount of labor that is absorbed is also increasing. And the last volume of sales is also positive and significant and influential against the absorption of labor meaning the higher the sales volume then the amount of labor that is absorbed is also increasing. Based on the results of this research obtained the conclusion that capital the number of business units and sales volume have the effect on the absorption of labor in the Small Embroidery mukena and shoes industry Sub Bangil Regency Pasuruan year 2016.
