Kata kunci MGMP Elektro Model Kompetensi Elektro MEA Masa sekarang Indonesia harus memasuki Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) dengan demikian masyarakat negara-negara Asean akan mudah masuk Indonesia. Hal ini bisa berdampak positif tapi dilain hal tidak sedikit juga dampak negatif bisa muncul. Faktor utama menghadapi MEA yakni mempersiapkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang handal jika tidak dipersiapkan dengan matang akan ketinggalan dan warga negara Indonesia bisa menjadi tamu di rumah sendiri. Salah satu bidang yang dapat menjadi tolok ukur dalam dunia kejuruan adalah bidang elektro yang mengalami perkembangan sangat cepat. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut sekaligus guna mempersiapkan SDM yang handal tersebut adalah dengan mempererat Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) yang dikemas dalam dunia maya (website) agar dapat mengkomunikasikan walaupun terpisahkan oleh jarak dan waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendiskripsikan model kompetensi guru kejuruan teknik elektro menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) (2) mengembangkan model MGMP kejuruan Elektro dengan pendekatan website domain internasional dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru Kejuruan Teknik Elektro menghadapi MEA dan (3) Menilai tingkat kelayakan website domain internasional ketika digunakan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru Kejuruan Teknik Elektro menghadapi MEA. Model pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Implement dan (5) Evaluation. Jenis data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa website yang dapat membantu guru untuk saling berkomunikasi melalui suatu forum. Website tersebut memiliki fitur mengambil informasi pendidikan dari 4 negara sekaligus dapat melakukan terjemah memiliki responsifitas tampilan yang baik memiliki fitur untuk diambil data secara otomatis (RSS Feed). Berdasarkan hasil validasi diperoleh data akhir sebesar 95% dari ahli materi 96 4% dari ahli media dan 88% dari subjek coba. Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil uji ahli materi ahli media dan guru diperoleh persentase sebesar 93 1% sehingga dapat disimpulkan website yang dikembangkan valid dan layak digunakan.nto. 2017. Keyword MGMP Elektro Model Kompetensi Elektro MEA At present whether or not Indonesia should enter the MEA (Asean Economic Community) thus the Asean countries will be easy to enter Indonesia. This can have a positive impact but on the other hand there are also a few negative impacts can arise. The main factor facing the MEA is prepare a reliable Human Resources (HR) if not prepared carefully will be missed and citizens of Indonesia can be a guest at home. One area that can be a benchmark in the vocational world is the field of electro that is growing very fast. To anticipate it at once in order to prepare a reliable human resources is to strengthen the Subject Teachers Consultant (MGMP) is packaged in the virtual world (website) in order to communicate although separated by distance and time. The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the competency model of vocational electrical engineering teacher to face the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) (2) to develop MGMP Electro vocational model with international domain website approach in developing competency of electronics vocational teacher facing MEA and (3) The feasibility level of international domain websites when used to develop the competence of electronics vocational teachers facing MEA. This application development model uses ADDIE development. The ADDIE development model consists of 5 stages (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Implement and (5) Evaluation. Type of data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. The data collection instrument used is a closed questionnaire. The results of this research and development of a website that can help teachers to communicate with each other through a forum. The website has a feature of retrieving educational information from 4 countries at once able to translate have good display responsiveness have features to capture data automatically (RSS Feed). Based on the validation results obtained the final data of 95% of material experts 96.4% of media experts and 88% of subjects try. Based on the average results obtained from the test of material experts media experts and teachers obtained a percentage of 93.1% so it can be concluded the website developed valid and feasible to use.
