Penelitaianinimerupakanpenelitiandeskriptifdenganpendekatankuantiatif PopulasidalampenelitianiniadalahsemuaelemenPemerintahDesaSukomulyo yang dianggapmemahamidanberpengalamanmengenaipengelolaanAlokasi Dana Desa.Pengumpulan data dilakukandenganteknikwawancara observasidanpenyebarankuesioner.Setelah data diperoleh dilakukananalisis data denganmetode ANP (Analytic Network Process) yang manametodeinimemungkinkanseseorangmengambilkeputusandenganpertimbanganprioritas. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukanbahwa dalampenentuanprioritaspadatahapanpengelolaanAlokasi Dana Desatahappenatausahaanmenjadiprioritasutama di DesaSukomulyosedangkandalampenentuanprioritasasaspengelolaanAlokasi Dana Desa asasketerbukaanmenjadiprioritasutama.kesepakatanrespondenmelaluiRater Agreement padatahapanpengelolaanrespondenmemilkinilaikesepakatan yang rendahsedangkanpadaasaspengelolaanrespondenmemilkinilaikesepakatan yang tinggi. M.Si Key Words Country s Fund Allocation Stages Priority Analytic Network Process. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 Year 2014 on the Country s Fund Management it is said that the country s fund management includes Planning Implementing Administrating Reporting or Accountability. The principle of country s fund management falls under the basis of Transparency Accountable Participative and is done by orderly and discipline in managing the fund. This study was aimed to analyze the management and priority of country s fund allocation in the Sukomulyo Village. This study was quantitative descriptive study in which its population were all of the Sukomulyo Village s government officials who were assumed to be experienced in managing Country s Fund Allocation (CFA) or Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD). The data collection was done through interview observation and questionnaire. Analytical Network Process (ANP) which allows a person to find a resolution based on priority reasoning was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that in the priority determination in allocating the country s fund administrating stage became the major priority of Sukomulyo Village. Moreover in the priority determination of accountable basis in the Country s Fund Allocation the transparency basis became the main priority. In the respondent agreement through Rater Agreement the data revealed that the respondents had low agreement value in the managing stage of Country s Fund Allocation while high agreement value was found in the management basis of Country s Fund Allocation.
