Kata kunci Tanggapan Mahasiswa Penerapan Aplikasi Form Order Modiste berbasis Android Mahasiswa Tata Busana. Busana merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia. Sering kali untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut seseorang lebih cocok memesan atau membuat pakaian sendiri melalui jasa modiste. Usaha modiste yang semula menggunakan form order berbentuk buku dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi Android dapat dengan mudah menyimpan data customer pada form order modiste berbasis Android modiste masing-masing. Kelebihan dari aplikasi form order modiste berbasis Android ini yaitu modiste dapat menerima order secara praktis dimanapun dan kapanpun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan mahasiswa pendidikan Tata Busana terhadap penerapan aplikasi form order modiste berbasis Android. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Busana Universitas Negeri Malang yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah MUB Modiste berjumlah 120 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas dilakukan pada mahasiswa di luar responden penelitian sebanyak 30 mahasiswa. Hasil dari uji validitas yaitu 0 702 dan reliabilitas 0 755. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara umum penerapan form order modiste sangat layak. Dari semua indikator tanggapan yang meliputi a) tanggapan menurut indera b) tanggapan menurut terjadinya c) tanggapan terhadap tampilan d) tanggapan terhadap fungsi e) tanggapan terhadap cara kerja menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Aplikasi form order modiste berbasis Android dapat menyimpan data customer dan mudah diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Diharapkan aplikasi form order modiste berbasis Android ini dapat dikembangkan sehingga pelaku usaha modiste dapat mengunduh di play store dan dapat dikomersilkan. vi SUMMARY Rahayu M.A. 2019. Keywords Form Order Modiste Aplication Students Opinions Modiste is one of the subject for student in fashion department Universitas Negeri Malang. In the modiste subject student always used special book or note to keep their consumer order such as body measure consumer identity etc. Sometimes the book is lose or they forgot where they keep it. To solve this problem the teacher made electronic form (e-form order) to make it easy. Because e-form order can used in the Android cell phone. Hence the purpose of this study is to know the Students Opinions Toward Implementation of e-Form Order in Modiste subject. This Study used descriptive with quantitative approach. 120 students involved in this study. Researcher conducted validity test and reliability test. The results of validity 0 702 and reliability 0 755. 30 students who did not include in the respondent involved in the validity test. 35 questions in the questionnaire consist of 5 indicators included 1) sensory response 5 questions 2) occurrence response 3 questions 3) opinions of appearance 7 questions 4) opinions of functions 11 questions 5) opinions of work methods 9 questions. The results of the study showed that e-form order in modiste subject is helpful the students to keep consumer data. According to the indicators sensory response present 56% students said that e-form order in modiste subject very helpful. Different with sensory response indicators occurrence response showed 92% e-form order in modiste subject is helpful. According to the indicators opinions of appearance present 63% e-form order in modiste subject help students. Indicators opinions of function showed 61% students said that e-form order in modiste subject is very helpful. 52% students said that e-form order in modiste subject is very helpful according to the opinions of work methods indicators. E-form order in modiste subject can save consumer information and easily access wherever students are. Hopefully e-form order in modiste subject can develop in play store for further research.
