Pada akhirnyapenulisberkesimpulanbahwasekolahsebagaipelaksanakebijakanpemerintahtelahberupayasemaksimal dan berharapsemuapihakbaikpemerintahselakupengambilkebijakanmaupunsekolahsebagaipelaksanakebijakanuntukbersama-samamenyesuaikandengansituasi dan kondisi yang ada. The implementation of Computer Based National Examination (UNBK) which was held the first time in SMK Siang Tulungagung is a good momentum in conducting research. Problems related to the implementation of this UNBK some of them are infrastructure such as lack of minimal classroom to implement UNBK. Lack of number of tool aids with for English listening exams and server sometimes get interruptions. The purpose of this study is to determine the problems that occur in the implementation of UNBK in SMK Siang Tulungagung and how to overcome (solution). So that the implementation of UNBK next year will run well to minimize the problems that occur in the next year. The research method used is descriptive qualitative the author wants to describe the results of this study with data collection techniques interviews with the executing officers are proctor and technician. Is a person who has full responsibility on the implementation of Computer-Based National Exam in schools is a computer lab management officer (computer system) in schools / madrasah implementing UNBK. Researchers present directly to the field at the momentum UNBK implemented. Which has been translated into this paper. The results of this study found the strategic steps of the school SMK Siang Tulungagung in addressing the problems that occur such as the lack of classrooms for the implementation of UNBK disiasati by dividing a computer Lab room for exams and server space running smoothly. Replacing devices that do not work with a backup device. Server interruptions from their centers are overcome with communication with related parties during the execution of the exam.
